How far is Hostal Persal from the city centre?

We are in the commercial, tourist and leisure centre of Madrid, in the Barrio de las Letras. 50 m Plaza Santa Ana, calle Huertas 100 m Teatro Español, Teatro Häagen Dazs Calderón 200 m Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Tourist bus stops and Tourism Office 400 m Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen, Museo Reina Sofía, Caixa Forum 400 m. What is the nearest metro stop?

Sol, a 200 m del Hostal. Atocha: 800 m. Chamartín: 7 km (10 min. by train from Sol)

Can I reach the establishment from the airport by metro?

Yes; in about 45 minutes. The most convenient way is to go to Nuevos Ministerios by metro and, once there, to take the train to Sol (25 minutes approximately).

How much is a taxi from the airport and how long it takes?

It costs around €30 and takes about 30 minutes.

And from Atocha Station?

From Atocha Station, the price is €10; it takes 10 minutes approximately.

Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?

Yes, there are. Please, indicate your preferences when booking.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?

We will keep your luggage at the reception for free.

Is there a car park near the hotel? How much is it per day?

There are 2 public car parks in Plaza de Santa Ana and Plaza de Jacinto Benavente (50 m. away from Hostal Persal). They are open 24 h a day and cost €25/day.

Do you have an Internet point for clients?

Yes, there is an Internet point at the lobby. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

What time is breakfast served?

Every day, From 07:30 to 11:00.

What do you offer for breakfast?

A buffet breakfast is offered with varied cereals, breads, cold meats, fruit salad, croissants, juices, coffee, tea, marmalades and jams, butter, yogurt, cheese, honey…

What are reception hours?

Reception is open 24 h a day; you can check-in at any time.

Can I enter the room before 12:00 (noon) the day of arrival?

Subject to availability. We can keep your luggage until the room is available.

Can I leave the room after 12:00?

Subject to availability. Please, check at the reception desk.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

We speak Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.

Are you offering a shuttle service to the airport?

At the reception desk you can order a shuttle service to the airport (available on request 24 hours in advance). The price for 1 or 2 people is €25.
